Where is the sports expo located?The Competitive Edge Sports Expo will be held at The Palmer Events Center in Exhibit Hall 2. The address is 900 Barton Springs Rd, Austin, TX 78704.

How much does it cost to attend the expo?Adults 17yrs+ ($10) Youth Athlete 6-17yrs ($8) Under 6yrs FREE! Discounts available for sports leagues/teams. Please email info@beyondthegameindustries to learn more. TICKETS DROPPING IN 2026!

Where can I park?You can park in the Palmer Event Center designated parking garage, right next to the venue. It has two entrances, one on Riverside Dr. and another on Barton Springs Rd. Pro Tip: If there is any traffic, enter on Riverside. For parking inquiries, email: accdparkinginfo@austintexas.gov or call us at (512) 404-4260. Parking is $10 for the day.

Are their ATMs?Yes! The Palmer Event Center has ATMs located in their entry. Please be advised that there may be a processing fee.

How can I become a vendor?We're excited that you want to be a vendor with us! You can secure your spot here.

How much does a booth cost?There are different booths you can choose from with ranging prices. You can learn more about pricing on our Vendor Registration page, here.

Who pays for the venue?We do! You only pay for your booth space.

How can vendors promote this event?We highly recommend you reach out to your own customer base to inform them that you will be set up at the expo. For your convenience we have put together a promotion folder for you to use to help with promotion. This will be provided in your Welcome email.

Will there be tables and chairs provided for vendors?For your convenience, tables and chairs can be rented through our Vendor Registration form. You are more than welcome to bring your own tables and chairs.

Can vendors decorate their booth?We highly encourage you to decorate and set up your booth in a way to draw in customers. Go all out and have fun!

Who manages the booth and how do we accept payments?You are responsible for manning your booth and accepting payments. How you accept payments is up to you, but it is recommended that you accept both cash and cards through your own system. You are required by the State of TX to collect taxes and report them to the Comptrollers Office.

What does set up look like and how do you determine what booth goes where?Set up happens the day before on 6/13. A full schedule of set up will be sent in our Welcome email. Booths are assigned based off of booth purchase. If you purchase a prime location your booth will be located in a prime traffic are (ex: by the entrance). Standard booth purchases will be assigned randomly. Booth locations will be sent prior to the event with ample time to plan.

What are the event hours?9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Do we have to pay for employees to enter the exhibit hall if they are working the booth and do we pay for parking?If you have purchased a 10x10 booth you will be allocated (2) Employee wristbands. If you have purchased a 10x20 booth you will be allocated (4) Employee wristbands. Parking will be located in the Palmer Event Center parking garage at $10 for the day.
